YOUNG BEGINNER:

This 2-hour class is based on the student's pace over the course of multiple lessons. Students will learn skills to go further with their sewing by making a simple skirt.

LEARN:

- how to sew a straight seam

- about straight grain & bias 

- to operate a sewing machine

- to read a pattern

- to cut fabric

- how to sew in a zipper, waistband, & hem
